For this cook I smoked this Prime Tomahawk Ribeye Steak with some pecan wood. I then seared the steak over hot coals. This model comes with charcoal baskets. This allows you to position the fire in the grill. It allows you to cook direct or indirect heat with ease. Not many grills offer this flexibility.
